What is Equal Opportunity in Housing?
The objective of this program is to investigate and resolve fair housing and civil rights complaints throughout the United States and provide an administrative enforcement system that is subject to judicial review.

Program Requirements
You may file a complaint with HUD if you believe that you, or anyone else, has been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), familial status, disability, and age. Disability discrimination includes the failure to provide reasonable accommodations and comply with all applicable physical accessibility requirements.
