Program Requirements
To be eligible for this benefit program, you must bea U.S. national, citizen or permanent resident and one of the following:
- Have completed doctoral degree level education, who has current or past experience as a health care professional.
- A current or prospective student accepted or enrolled in an accredited degree program at a college, or universitywhose highest level/grade of education completed is a bachelor's degree.
